Recommended use: Organic Nettle Leaf is an herbal tea traditionally used as a diuretic aid to help increase urine volume and flow, and to irrigate the urinary tract.
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup (1-2 tea bags) 3 times daily.
Directions of Use: Pour 240 mL boiling water over 1-2 tea bags and allow to steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extractive.
Duration of use: For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2.0g) contains: Organic stinging nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) 2,000 mg.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if you have heart and/or kidney diseases.
Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking medication for diabetes and/or blood thinners, or if you have hypotension or hypertension. Discontinue if you experience nausea, headache, dizziness or gastrointestinal discomfort.
