Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upsets including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic.
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily. Anti-nausea use: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel.
Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
